No-show policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice in case of cancellation. If you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate with the possibility of shortened appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notification, it will be considered a no-show. Appointments that are no-showed will be charged a 20% no-show fee of the cost of service booked to the card saved. All appointments will require a card on file to hold the appointment.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have zero tolerance for inappropriate jokes or comments. Any sexual comment or joke deemed inappropriate by the staff will result in immediate ending of service and the client will be charged double the amount of the service.

Your appointment starts when I lay my hands on you. Every appointment will be given full time hands-on. All clients are welcome to continue their relaxation with our available beverages and infrared sauna.

All appointments start with a consultation. If you are unsure what it is that is right for you, we recommend booking for the time you want and we will discuss your needs in the consultation.

Your comfort is our top priority. While you will never be required to undress fully, for best results, we do recommend removing as much as you are comfortable with.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. As we are appointment based, please notify upon arrival by text or knocking. There will be lockers and robes available for those who want it. Wine, hot tea and water will be available to those who want it.

No problem! While conversation is always welcome, your therapist will be mostly focused on topics regarding your treatment.
